Question: Is there a similar setting in the Net App environment, and if so, is this limited to ontap versions? We've tried looking into the 7-mode/c DOT documentation here on the Net App community but could not find any setting that suggested this behaviour (it might well be that I'm not very good at looking into the documentation). If you really, really need to download an older version of Internet Explorer, you can get them from Microsoft: This may let you run the latest version of Internet Explorer on your older computer, even if it's out of date...

This is the first time we've come across this behaviour - in another occasion we saw that having a specific Antivirus program running at the same time would update the last access date of all the files, but this time it is only for the folders that are affected.

We have been able to reproduce this in a Windows Server environment by turning this feature on/off with the following command: - enables or disables the last access date updating for folders.

As of January 12, 2016, Microsoft has dropped support for all versions of Internet Explorer other than version 11. As our table below shows, the only versions of Windows capable of running Internet Explorer 11 are Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. XP, Vista, Windows 7 you are unable to run a safe, supported version of Internet Explorer and you should take action now. Edge is Microsoft's new web browser and is the future for Microsoft.

Internet Explorer is provided just for backwards compatibility, but probably shouldn't be used unless really required.

It will let you enter the root password – if new data is available – in a neat window.

This version is especially useful for GUI programs, which can call it in the background.

So, it is desirable to update your copy of Lensfun's database to stay up-to-date.

In particular, if you have sent calibration pictures to Torsten's calibration service, you must update your local Lensfun database after the calibration in order to be able to use the new calibrations.

If you are running Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 then your computer will already have Internet Explorer 11 installed.

If you are running Windows 7, then you can download Internet Explorer 11 from Microsoft.

Any version of Internet Explorer other than version 11 is now obsolete and shouldn't be used.
